“ I went to a comedy show here on a Friday night. I had no idea how large the venue was on the inside! Parking was difficult because there are a lot of other businesses near by. The food was just okay. There is a two item minimum for each person so keep that in mind. Service was okay. We requested a booth but we weren't able to be seated there because our whole party wasn't present but on the way which was a bit ridiculous. ”

“ The staff randomly pick where to seat you whether you have a VIP or regular ticket so get there early if you want to be seated in a good spot. The line was long even at 5:30 and anyone coming at 6 would have been seated in the far corners or behind the seats by the stage. There is a two item minimum. The server told us alcoholic drinks had to be hand ordered. Not a problem. I was trying to order an Evian and none of the drinks were on the QR code menu. They disabled it and anyone who were in that section had to wait to order drinks even after some had their food arrive. 20 minutes later, the server comes back and proceeds to take the orders of everyone that came after me before coming to me. They were eating their food before I got to order my water. After the show, people with VIP tickets were told to remain in their seats to see the headliner for the meet and greet. Those people asked why everyone else was lining up around the back wall and were told they were in line for the meet and greet. Then we heard the announcer tell everyone to line up. I wasn't in the VIP line, but I could see the frustration of the people waiting in their seats only to find out they were going in the back of the line including people who didn't have VIP tickets. I was on the guest list and was fortunate not to have to wait and was happy to see they allowed people with assistive devices go in first. This is the first time I've seen them do that. Unfortunately, we had to exit behind the stage and walk around three sides of the building to get to the parking lot. The food itself was standard and somewhat edible. It's overpriced frozen and fried food. I got the shrimp. Not sure what kind of sauces they had but they were awful. I ate only the shrimp and couldn't eat either sauce. The darker of the two tasted like burnt soy sauce with bbq smoke. I would definitely not recommend it. None of us got silverware or napkins. The server didn't come back around until the end to clear out checks. He was very nice but it would have been nice to have something besides my fingers to eat with and something to wipe it off with. Luckily I always have gloves and wipes with me. The staff was friendlier this time around. The lady at the meet and greet was very helpful and polite even dealing with the frustrated guests. I think they need to improve communication with guests about meet and greets. More than half of the line were people with standard tickets and the VIP people were behind them because they were waiting to be called. I felt bad for them. The line was a good 100 people long by the time they got in line and there was only a half hour before the next show so I don't know if they ever had a chance for the meet and greet. My other suggestion would be to start taking orders where you left off instead of going to the people that came in last. I didn't get my water until the end of the opening act. The server came by twice to verify the order was put in correctly before he physically went and brought it to me himself. ”
